I create gentle, trauma-informed healing spaces for omen who are ready to slow down, reconnect with their body, and come home to themselves gently and without force.
My work is rooted in lived experience, nervous system regulation, and body-led healing, not fixing, forcing, or reliving the past.
Through The Graceful Alignment Method, Retreats, one to one sessions and group work, I support women to release emotional weight, restore balance, and feel safe within themselves again.
